We want you to love your Ro&Zo pieces, but if you are not completely satisfied, you can return your items within 28 days of receipt for a full refund. Please ensure all garments are unworn, in their original condition, and have all tags securely attached.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Items

  Place the items in their original packaging or a secure mailing bag, ensuring the returns form is included inside the parcel.

• 3.
  Generate Your Label

  Choose your preferred return method via the portal to receive a printable shipping label or a digital QR code for paperless drop-off.

• 4.
  Drop Off & Refund

  Take your parcel to the designated drop-off point; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 10 working days.
